Kelly Kincaid Is Grateful To Be Able To Host A WWE Show In Her Hometown

There are so many talents who began their career as professional wrestlers and now have taken up a non-wrestling role. There are many reasons why they do so, one might be because they are too old to wrestle and thus decided to be a coach, trainer, or part of the announce team. Some stars who have taken up such roles are Nigel McGuinness, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, Wade Barrett, Byron Saxton, Corey Graves, Booker T, and many more. One such talent is Kelly Kincaid.

The 31-year-old star started her career in the business as a professional wrestler. She competed under the ring name Quinn McKay. The Missouri-born wrestler began her career in 2018. She has competed in the independent wrestling circuit and then went on to sign with Ring of Honor.

Now, she is currently signed with WWE and works as Kelly Kincaid. She is one of the backstage interviewers for NXT, and she is also a ring announcer for the NXT LvL Up show.

Kincaid recently took to Twitter to reminisce about her past. She was proud to be part of the Stamford-based promotion and to be able to host a WWE show in her hometown.

“In 2017 I worked at a radio station and gave away tickets to WWE Live on-air every time they came through my home town. It was the highlight of my job. This weekend I host the show in the same arena. So good to be home #WWESpringfield,” Kelly Kincaid tweeted.

WWE ran a Supershow event at Great Southern Bank Arena in Springfield, Missouri on October 15. Kincaid hosted a show that was main evented by Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura.

Kelly Kincaid also recently announced that she has retired from in-ring competition.
