NWA Powerrr is now available on the CW App.
Haus of Wrestling previously reported that the National Wrestling Alliance had two television deals with The CW Network. However, a subsequent report stated that the controversial cocaine spot at NWA Samhain may have negatively impacted the deal. WWE then announced that NXT will move to The CW Network in October 2024. Billy Corgan has continued to state that NWA has two television deals in place with a top 20 network.
On November 21, Joe Galli took to social media and shared a picture that showed episodes of Powerrr are available on The CW App.
Haus of Wrestling reports that sources close to the NWA were confused; those who were expecting the content to be uploaded to the app expected it to come with some sort of announcement. The report also cited sources who noted that they believed Powerrr would likely not air until early 2024.
As of this writing, the NWA and the CW have yet to confirm a deal between the two. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
