Malakai Black Denies Claim That He Won’t Take A Pin Or Put People Over

AEW star Malakai Black responds to a claim that he does not take pins or put people over.

On Twitter/X, @wrestlingsdeity pointed out that Malakai Black did not compete in a singles match in 2023. In response, @natepbd wrote, “That’s what happens when you refuse to take a pin or put people over.”

Malakai Black responded to the post and noted that he typically doesn’t reply because “these laughable takes” are why Twitter/X is the equivalent of “people opening their front doors and screaming their excrement-laced opinions into the street.” However, he wrote that this claim was “bullshit, never happened, isn’t a thing.”

Black is a former AEW World Trios Champion. He competed in trios and tag team matches throughout 2023. The House of Black member last wrestled on the December 2, 2023 episode of AEW Collision. There, he and Brody King beat Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal.
