Grayson Waller References Tony Khan And CM Punk, Jokes He Feared For His Life

Grayson Waller referenced Tony Khan and CM Punk in a new video.

In a new video on Twitter, Grayson Waller commented on the beginning of 2024 and recalled Kevin Owens punching him on NXT. He then referenced Tony Khan and CM Punk by saying that he feared for his life backstage.

“2024 hasn’t really started off the way that I was hoping for,” Grayson Waller said. “Last Tuesday, I go to NXT because Ilja Dragunov is too scared to fight Trick Williams, and I save the show. You’re welcome, Shawn Michaels. But what thanks do I get? I get assaulted, punched in the face by Kevin Owens for no reason at all. That’s okay, I fly all the way to Vancouver for SmackDown.

“I got cuts inside my lip, my jaw is sore. What do I see while I’m watching the show? Kevin Owens punches Logan Paul, the United States Champion, in the face for no reason at all. Me and Theory had enough. We go and check on Logan backstage. Because you know what? We’re starting to fear for our lives backstage. There’s a madman running around punching people.”

After AEW terminated CM Punk, Tony Khan said he feared for his life in the aftermath of the incident Punk was involved in at AEW All In.

CM Punk is set to appear on the January 8 episode of WWE RAW. Waller is scheduled to face Cameron Grimes on the January 12 episode of WWE SmackDown.
