Vince McMahon Selling 5.3 Million Shares Of TKO Stock

Vince McMahon is selling some of his TKO stock, according to a recent SEC filing.

In a new filing on Monday, it was revealed that McMahon was selling 5,350,000 shares of his TKO stock. The value at the time of the sale equates to $411,950,000.00.

The broker for the deal is Morgan Stanley, and the sale will leave McMahon with roughly 15 million shares remaining when all is said and done.

The move comes just over a month after McMahon was sued by Janel Grant, who filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE, in which she alleged that McMahon and Laurinaitis engaged in sexual assault and sex trafficking of her, among other offenses. Though a spokesperson for McMahon said the lawsuit was replete with lies, he resigned from WWE and TKO.

The Wall Street Journal also confirmed that Vince McMahon is under federal investigation for the allegations Grant made in her lawsuit.
