Mariah May made a statement Thursday night in Los Angeles by attacking Toni Storm at the red carpet premiere of Queen of the Ring.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Mariah May recently spoke with Denise Salcedo. When asked why she attacked Toni Storm on the red carpet, May said she wanted to prove that she can be touched and that she’s not as untouchable as she thinks she is.
“Toni Storm wants to go around and call herself God. Does she think she’s untouchable or something? I’m here to prove that she can be touched,” Mariah May said. “In fact, she can be slapped in the face at her own movie premiere. And now everybody can see what a real star looks like because, without me, there is no Toni Storm.”
Mariah May: Toni Storm is not just going to retire, she’s going to die
When asked how she’s feeling heading into her match with Toni Storm at Revolution, May made a bold proclamation about how their match will end this weekend.
“I’m sick of the sight of Toni Storm,” Mariah May said. “When I came into AEW, I did what no other woman could do and targeted Toni Storm because I knew she was weak, she was easy. I could get into her head.
“I was pretty sure I retired her at Wembley, but she wanted to make a little comeback. And in Australia, she got lucky. She survived me. I’ll give her that. She went away. She learned a few things, but now I have nothing left to lose. And this is a Hollywood Ending. No DQ, falls count anywhere. She’s not just going to retire, she’s going to die.”
