Chelsea Green has enjoyed a lot of success during this WWE run but she hasn’t forgotten about the people who helped make her along the way.
WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green was a recent guest on Pro Wrestling Experience. When asked about the unique twist former WWE ring announcer Samantha Irvin gave to her entrance and if fans still come up to her and talk about it, Green said it happens all the time and praises the work Irvin did on her entrance.
“All the time and I love it. It never gets old,” Chelsea Green said. “I thank Samantha for everything that she did for my entrance because it is amazing. And seriously, whether you’re really good at doing it or really terrible, it gives me a feeling and I love it. That’s the whole point of wrestling, right? The point is to feel something. Feel anything. Whether it’s good or bad, just feel something. And that’s what we get.”
Even though Irvin is gone from WWE, her announcement of Green continues to live on WWE programming with other people taking over the role.
