The Street Profits officially have their next challengers set, and it’s none other than the Motor City Machine Guns.
In a match tonight on WWE SmackDown, Motor City Machine Guns went up against DIY. The winner would face off against The Street Profits for their titles, and it was a brawl from the start. Toward the end of the match, however, Tommaso Ciampa was caught trying to pin Sabin down with his feet on the ropes.
The referee caught it, and in the ensuing chaos, Ciampa was thrown into an exposed turnbuckle that had been opened up. This knocked out Ciampa, and Sabin quickly rolled him up for the win. In the aftermath of the match, the duo went over to ringside, where the Profits were, to taunt them.
As of this writing, it’s unknown when this title match between these two teams will take place.
