Toni Storm really put an exclamation on things with her latest “statement.”
Storm was successful in defending her AEW Women’s Championship at AEW Dynasty against Megan Bayne. Storm is in her second reign as champion, after holding it between 2023 and 2024 for an impressive 281 days. During her post-match media scrum appearance, Storm left everyone with a limerick… one of the world’s dirtiest and most infamous ones at that.
Toni Storm has started past scrums by reading a prepared statement (or challenging Wendi Richter to a fight). Sunday night after her successful title defense after Dynasty was no different.
“Will the owner of the black and orange 1996 Dodge Intrepid with the license plate ‘FTW’ please move it from the loading dock? You’re blocking ring crew,” Storm said.
Storm then announced she has been invited to appear on the red carpet for TCM’s Film Festival in Hollywood. Tony Khan, who was seated to her right, then cautiously asked if she was sure about the next part of her statement… and yeah, she was sure.
