Wrestling fans are some of the craziest fans in the world. They make wild requests to their favorite professional wrestlers. Recently, the self-proclaimed Death Match King Matt Cardona had a bizarre request from a fan and he fulfilled the request as well.
Recently, a fan met Cardona and offered the former WWE Intercontinental Champion money to pick up a Kendo Stick and hit him. Cardona was initially puzzled, but fulfilled the request.
Cardona took to Twitter to share the clip and also revealed that it was the first time he was ever paid to hit a fan with a kendo stick.
“I’ve never been paid to hit a fan with a kendo stick……until yesterday,” Matt Cardona tweeted.
Matt Cardona recently returned to TNA
Matt Cardona will be making his return to TNA Wrestling at the Rebellion pay-per-view in the Ultimate X match.
In January, Cardona made a surprise return to TNA as the first challenger for new champion Joe Hendry’s TNA World Championship. Cardona was unsuccessful in his bid to dethrone Hendry, but he gave the champion quite the challenge.
Since then, Cardona competed in one other match for TNA in 2025, a loss to Mike Santana at the company’s TV tapings in San Antonio. The match aired on the February 6 episode of Impact.
