Julia Reilly, the actress who portrayed Claire Lynch in TNA Wrestling, was found dead earlier this year.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Reilly’s body was discovered in her home in Orlando two months ago after she failed to appear at a scheduled event. It’s been indicated that she died of natural causes.
For those unfamiliar with the Claire Lynch storyline, it took place in TNA back in 2012 when Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian accused AJ Styles of having an affair with a woman who was pregnant with his child.
The storyline was universally panned by fans and critics alike. Once fans discovered who Reilly was, she was harassed online until she quit the role. The storyline was abruptly dropped shortly after her departure.
