Jelly Roll Will Hit New Weight Milestone For WWE SummerSlam Match

Jelly Roll will step into a WWE ring next month at SummerSlam for his first-ever wrestling match. But that’s not the most impressive thing he’ll do on that day.

Musical artist Jelly Roll was a recent guest on What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon. During the podcast, Jelly revealed that he’ll enter the ring next weekend at SummerSlam under 300 pounds for the first time since middle school.

“I got fat, like, really, really young,” Jelly Roll said. “I was over 300 pounds coming out of middle school. I’m gonna be under 300 pounds for the first time since middle school the night I walk to that ring at SummerSlam. That’s an exclusive here. I haven’t said that nowhere. My goal is for the first time since middle school I will be under 300 pounds. For the first time since I was — we’re talking about literally now 30 years.”

Jelly Roll will team with Randy Orton at WWE SummerSlam to take on the team of Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre.

WrestleZone will have live coverage of WWE SummerSlam later next month.
