Has WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch really lost her edge?
On the latest episode of Kliq This: The Kevin Nash Podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer spoke about the recent criticism he received over tearing apart a recent Becky Lynch promo. Nash attempted to explain his current feelings on The Man, and probably didn’t help matters.
“My whole thing is this, when Becky got over, Becky got over because f*cking [Nia] Jax fucking busted her open,” Kevin Nash said. “And there was the f*cking visual of this pretty, red-haired girl, petite nature that was defiant and f*cking no sold it. And it was like, f*ck yeah. That’s what made her, and then she pushed it, and she f*cking got super over.
“And I think what has happened, and this is just my opinion, as is everything else. It’s not that you’re not an idiot if you don’t agree with me. It’s just my opinion that I don’t think that Becky is the same woman she was when she got her f*cking nose busted open. As she is now that she’s went term with a child and as a mother of, you lose that edge. You lose the hunger.

“You’re f*cking the person that’s playing that part is no longer that same person…I’m talking about her as a human being….and one thing about wrestling, man, is like, if you f*cking push something down somebody’s throat, f*ck, man, they’ll regurgitate it.
“And when she went violent on Phil with the f*cking smacking, and I felt like Phil was Deborah Winger and she was f*cking West Hightower, and he was basically telling sissy to pick up the cigarettes and Urban Cowboy….I mean, he was like It felt so f*cking domestic abuse.
