Max The Impaler Announces NWA Departure

Max The Impaler is no longer with the National Wrestling Alliance.

Taking to X, Max announced their NWA departure and thanked the promotion and fans for their support over the years.

“I am no longer with NWA,” Max wrote. “I am thankful for my time there and everyone that supported me. For now, that is all I have to say.”

Max had been a featured act in NWA since 2022, where they held the promotion’s World Women’s Television Championship and the World Television Championship. Max held the title for 280 days before voluntarily giving it up to challenge for the NWA World Women’s Championship at NWA 76 as part of the promotion’s “Lucky Seven Rule.”

They last competed for the promotion at NWA 77, losing to Nihan in a street fight. Max was originally advertised for the upcoming NWA Samhain event, as they were featured on the poster for the October 17 event.

Prior to joining the NWA, Max The Impaler was known for their work in multiple promotions, including Ring Of Honor and Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling. The latter promotion is where Max enjoyed reigns as Princess Tag Team Champion and the International Princess Champion.
