This WWE legend’s daughter is set for her NWA debut this week.
Teal Piper, the daughter of “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, is set to make her National Wrestling Alliance debut alongside Herra in tag team action. The pair is scheduled to face Pretty Empowered (Kenzie Paige & Kylie Paige) later tonight on NWA Powerrr.
“Pretty Empowered has their sights locked back on the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Titles, but standing in their path are the daughter of a legend, Teal Piper, and the debuting enigma that is Herra!” NWA promoter Billy Corgan posted.
Trained by Selina Majors and Tessa Blanchard, Teal Piper made her pro wrestling debut at AEW All Out 2019, competing in the Casino Battle Royal on the pre-show. Nyla Rose won the match by last eliminating Britt Baker.
Teal has since built her reputation on the independent circuit, where she is a former women’s champion in Atomic Legacy Wrestling and Monsters Wrestling Orlando.
