Kevin Owens recently dressed up as John Cena.
While recovering from surgery, Kevin Owens wore a full John Cena outfit at a Walt Disney World event. The photos of Owens have been shared on social media, showing him dressed as one of his biggest WWE rivals.
He was spotted in full John Cena gear at Halloween Party, a Halloween event at Walt Disney World where guests are encouraged to wear costumes. Owens is holding a Starbucks drink in the photo, with “John” written on the cup.
In classic Cena style, John Cena shared the photo of Kevin Owens on his Instagram acknowledging the gesture. Last months Cena also paid an homage to Owens during his match against Sami Zayn for United States title.
During the match, Cena performed several moves on Zayn, honoring some rivals. He even hit Zayn with the Pop-up Powerbomb. Cena and Owens’ rivalry dates back to 2015, when Owens made a big impact on WWE Raw by attacking Cena with a Pop-up Powerbomb during his main roster debut.
The two battled in three singles matches. Owens won at Elimination Chamber, but Cena took the series 2-1 by defeating Owens at Money in the Bank and Battleground.
