Matt Jackson revealed that fans won’t see many more in-ring appearances from The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega.
In an interview with Justin Barrasso for Undisputed, Jackson spoke about Omega, saying there’s something special when they share the ring, whether it’s as teammates or opponents.
“There’s magic in that ring when we stand in there with Kenny Omega. Whether it’s on opposing sides or together, there’s definitely chemistry like no other. I don’t take it for granted either.”
Jackson added that the days of seeing them together in the ring are limited.
“The days of seeing us all share a ring are counting down, so I always make sure to take it all in. So, if there’s an opportunity to perform together, you better believe we’re all going to take it and make the most of it.”
The Young Bucks, who are currently feuding with the Jurassic Express, suffered a loss to them at AEW WrestleDream for $500,000. Following the match, Kenny Omega entered the ring to help Jurassic Express as they were attacked by the Don Callis Family.
The Young Bucks, who were at the entrance ramp, chose not to assist Omega but appeared unsure about their decision. This moment has fueled speculation about a possible reunion between The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, potentially bringing back the original members of The Elite.
A few days ago, The Young Bucks discussed the possibility of The Elite reuniting with Kenny Omega and Hangman Page. They mentioned that the reunion would be great and worth revisiting at least one more time.
