Sol Ruca shared her reaction after Zaria lost the NXT North American Championship at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2025.
Last week on WWE NXT, Ruca announced she couldn’t defend her title against Blake Monroe due to an injury she suffered during her SmackDown tag team match with Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair. Taking advantage of the situation, Monroe mocked Ruca’s injury and demanded to be crowned the new champion.
However, Zaria stepped up for her friend and offered to defend the title on Ruca’s behalf a decision that Sol Ruca fully supported. At Halloween Havoc, Zaria and Monroe put on an intense, hard-hitting match.
But in the final moments, Blake Monroe knocked Sol Ruca from her crutches at the ringside. This distracted Zaria and Monroe capitalized on the moment, hitting a Double Arm DDT outside the ring before finishing Zaria off with another inside to win the match and the title.
Sol Ruca, who lost her championship without ever being pinned, looked devastated at ringside. Later, she took to X, formerly known as Twitter and showed support to her friend, Zaria. She posted a photo of Zaria standing backstage with the caption, “She’s still the coolest.”
