Bandido made sure he had a special guest front and center to watch him compete on AEW Dynamite.
All Elite Wrestling brought its flagship show to San Antonio’s Boeing Center last week. The main event of the night saw Kazuchika Okada defend his Unified Title against double champion Bandido.
The ROH World Champion had plenty of supporters in the crowd, including his grandmother, who traveled a long way to watch her beloved grandson wrestle for the first time. The match ended with Okada planting Bandido with a Rainmaker for the win.
AEW recently released a new video documenting Bandido’s reunion with his grandmother before the San Antonio show. Chris Hero, Thunder Rosa and Tony Khan also make cameo appearances in the video, which fans can check out below.
