Torrie Wilson is a mom!
The WWE legend announced she and her husband, Justin, recently became parents. The couple welcomed a daughter, Poppi, via surrogacy. Wilson captioned a post of her holding her new daughter noting that she wasn’t sure if becoming a mother would happen for her, but she is now filled with “emotion and gratitude.”
“Poppi Wilson Tupper was born via our angel surrogate a few months ago. ???? I wasn’t sure if “Mommy” was going to be in the cards for me. As I write this, I’m filled with emotion & gratitude. I feel like I slid onto the subway train just as the doors were closing. Thank you for making my dream come true @justinctupper,” Wilson wrote on Instagram.
Congratulations to Wilson and Tupper!
Torrie Wilson recently spoke with WrestleZone’s Matt Black and reflected on her pro wrestling career. When asked who she’d like to compete against if she was approached for a comeback match at an event like WrestleMania, Wilson said a few names came to mind.
“Oh my gosh! Well, first of all, there could be a lot of scenarios that I would get excited about. But I mean, I love Rhea Ripley. So, that will be like a dream. It will never happen. That’s why I am saying it’s a dream,” Wilson explained. “You get older and things hurt a lot more. And the only way I would want to do something like that is by giving it my all. And going and training and making sure it was like, I want to surprise people, right? But I don’t know that I have it in me, as far as my body holding up to do that.”
Wilson emphasized that these were dream matches, because that they would never happen. However, Wilson said Rhea Ripley was at the top of her list, while Bianca Belair, Tiffany Stratton and Chelsea Green were also on it.
