Paul Heyman says no one is perfect, but Brock Lesnar can still turn a bad moment into a success.
Lesnar unfortunately botched his ring entrance on Monday night, as he slipped and fell on the ramp. Lesnar quickly got up and laughed it off, making the most of the moment.
Paul Heyman appeared on ESPN’s First Take on Wednesday morning to promote WWE Survivor Series. Stephen A. Smith asked about Lesnar’s unfortunate fall on Monday, which Heyman said was still a ‘GOAT move’ because of how Lesnar reacted, noting that no one is perfect.
“Actually I think it is a GOAT move, and the reason that I think it was a GOAT move is because we all fumble at some point in the game. We all do,” Heyman explained. “There’s no such thing as someone who doesn’t fumble in life. Brock Lesnar turned a fumble into a touchdown just like that. [snaps fingers] He is the Beast, there’s no one like him.
“He’s one of one, look at that— boom! There was water on the entranceway,” Heyman continued. “He slips, falls, rolls through, comes up and there he is smiling and just coming down to the ring for war. Who else could do that but Brock Lesnar?”
