WWE Superstar Nikki Bella has been announced for an important role at the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl this January.
WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella recently appeared on Good Morning Arizona, where it was announced that she will be the Grand Marshall for the upcoming Vrbo Fiesta Bowl parade in her hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.
When asked how it felt when she was told that she would be the Grand Marshall of the Fiesta Bowl parade, Bella said it was the biggest honor ever.
“Oh my gosh. So exciting, and the biggest honor ever,” Nikki Bella said. “Like, I am so fired up for this. Oh my goodness. I mean, we do have one of the most gorgeous backdrops ever. Not only from our backdrops, but to our sunsets and our sunrises and to the people. I mean, Zonis, we’re just our own breed. We have so much culture, but there’s just — we’re so likable, you know? And we’re very good at sports, as we all know.”
Nikki Bella believes the Fiesta Bowl parade will top the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade
When asked what she’s most looking forward to, Bella said she’s excited to see the new floats, believing this parade will top the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
“Well, I mean, first we have the parade,” Nikki Bella said. “And I remember the parade when I was young, and I always wanted to go to the parade, and I never was able to make it. And this year now I get to be in it. But I just, you know, it’s a time where I feel like the city we always come to life when we have these big events.
“And Arizona’s always really known how to just show up and make things feel special. This is gonna feel bigger than the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade. It’s just what we do in Arizona. And I’m just excited to see new floats, what everyone brings to the table, all the fun, and just the energy. I’m so excited for the energy.”
The Vrbo Fiesta Bowl parade is scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 3, 2026. The game itself will be played on Thursday, January 8.
This year’s game will take place as a semi-final matchup of the college football playoffs. This will pit the winners of the Sugar Bowl and Cotton Bowl against each other.
