This WWE star has some interesting choices for his top five Christmas toys of all time.
Apart from his in-ring work, Ethan Page is also known for his Toy Hunt vlogs, which show him visiting toy stores across the country in search of new collectibles.
In a new video posted on CW Sports’ official X/Twitter account, reigning WWE NXT North American and AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion Ethan Page listed his top five Christmas toys of all time.
His top 5 list is as follows:
- Power Rangers
- Batman Animated Series
- WWF Bone-Crunching Action
- Small Soliders
- Mortal Kombat/G.I. Joe
The WWE Star Went Into Detail About His List
“I loved the Power Rangers growing up, and it’s that original triangle box with the oversized rangers, the original five. Kenner Batman animated series, the original line from the cartoon. That’s definitely up there,” the WWE star said.
“Bone-crunching action WWF action figures. You could beep that out if we have to. They were awful toys. They were like half rubber, half plastic. Kids and dogs used to chew them all the time. But that’s like the nostalgia hit for me, and those were the wrestling action figures that little Ethan Page played with.
“I don’t know if anyone remembers the Small Soldiers movie. But that is a huge toy line for me as a collector in my adult years. I was chasing down the toys from that movie that people forgot even happened. It’s very rare to be able to find them still in the package. So, I took a lot of pride in that,” the WWE star said.
“And the last toy/toy line that was the biggest for me as a collector was the Mortal Kombat. I believe it was in 1995 or 1996. They teamed up with, I believe Hasbro made the G.I.Joe figures, and they’re made with the same parts. So, they’re G.I.Joe/Mortal Kombat action figures.”
