Sammy Guevara shares important advice for people celebrating New Year’s Eve.
Former three-time AEW TNT Champion Sammy Guevara has urged his followers to be responsible on New Year’s Eve.
Taking to X, the LFI member reminded fans not to drink and drive, using an NSFW remark aimed at those who might consider doing so.
“if you drink & drive tonight you a bitch,” he wrote.
Sammy Guevara has been a mainstay in AEW’s sister promotion, Ring of Honor, over the past several months. He aligned with RUSH’s La Facción Ingobernable at ROH Death Before Dishonor after attacking Marshall and Ross Von Erich.
The ROH World Tag Team Championship was vacated on November 28 due to RUSH’s injury. Guevara went on to reclaim the titles alongside Beast Mortos, defeating Adam Priest and “Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington at Final Battle on December 5.
Beast Mortos will be in action later tonight on AEW Dynamite: New Year’s Smash, where he will take on ROH World Champion Bandido in a non-title match. The announced card for the show is as follows:
- AEW TBS Championship: Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Willow Nightingale
- AEW National Championship: Ricochet (c) vs. Jungle Jack Perry
- Eliminator Match for the AEW Continental Championship: Jon Moxley vs. Josh Alexander
- Mixed Tornado Trios Match: Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and Toni Storm vs. Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, and Marina Shafir
- Bandido vs. The Beast Mortos
- We’ll hear from newly crowned AEW World Champion MJF
