WWE And 2K Sued For Alleged Theft of Intellectual Property

People will sue for just about anything nowadays. And this latest lawsuit against WWE and 2K is a perfect example of that.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WCWA promoter Nathaniel Tatha-Nanandji filed a lawsuit against WWE, TKO, and 2K on December 30 before the United States District Court for the Western Division of Arkansas, Fayetteville Division.

The 30-page lawsuit alleges that WWE stole his intellectual property as it relates to the entrance of The Bloodline.

Tatha-Nanandji states that he created The Bloodline sequence in April 2019 for WCWA. Claiming that a wrestler who appeared on SmackDown in 2019 requested WCWA for the company to review, and the sequence would appear on WWE programming weeks later.

He also claims that a WWE employee attended one of his events in 2019 and maintained a connection with him through 2021.

Despite these claims, neither the wrestler nor the WWE employee is named in the lawsuit.
