TNA iMPACT aired its highly anticipated first episode on AMC last Thursday night, but how did it perform in terms of viewership and demo?
According to PWTorch, the first episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC averaged 173,000 viewers on Thursday night. The show drew a 0.04 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
As we have typically seen with other wrestling shows debuting on new networks, the first week is typically the peak audience the show will see for quite some time. So it’s very likely these numbers will be lower next week.
What happened on the debut episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC?
TNA iMPACT’s debut on AMC saw the appearance of WWE Superstar AJ Styles, who kicked off the program. It also featured two title changes as The Elegance Brand and Mike Santana both left with championship gold.
