Liv Morgan is going to the main event of WrestleMania 42 after winning the 2026 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match.
The Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan entered the 2026 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match as the 14th entrant. The match came down to Morgan, NXT’s Sol Ruca, and a returning Tiffany Stratton as the final three contestants.
Sol Ruca had both superstars down after hitting them with a double Sol Snatcher. She tried to throw both Liv Morgan and Tiffany Stratton over the top rope, but found herself joining them, hanging on the top rope with their feet almost touching the ground. All three superstars fought on the apron, and Stratton ended up shoving Ruca to the floor as she attempted a Sol Snatcher.
Liv Morgan then delivered an ObLIVion to Stratton, sending her crashing to the floor, and emerged as the winner of the 2026 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match.
After appearing in every Women’s Royal Rumble match since its inception in 2018 and ending up as the runner-up twice (2023 & 2024), Liv Morgan has finally won the contest. She can now choose to challenge for either the Women’s World Championship or the WWE Women’s Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.
Liv Morgan also eliminated her Judgment Day partner, Raquel Rodriguez, from the contest, and it will be interesting to see whether it will cause a dent in their partnership.
