A familiar voice from WWE programming made an unexpected appearance on another wrestling stage this week, as longtime ring announcer Lilian Garcia surfaced during the March 5 broadcast of TNA iMPACT.
The show aired live from Atlanta and featured several notable guests throughout the broadcast. Among them was Garcia, whose presence quickly caught the attention of fans watching the program.
While the famed announcer did not step into the ring to make introductions, her appearance still added a surprising crossover moment to the night’s broadcast.
Lilian Garcia Spotted On TNA iMPACT Tapings
Garcia was shown standing in the crowd during the opening segment of TNA iMPACT, which began with Jody Threat challenging Arianna Grace for the TNA Knockouts Championship. Cameras briefly highlighted Garcia alongside the cast of the reality series Mama June.
The match segment quickly turned chaotic before the bell even finished ringing. Tessa Blanchard appeared and joined the commentary team, while additional names such as Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore were also present. Later, Dani Luna entered through the crowd to observe the action, followed by appearances from Indi Hartwell, Lei Ying Lee, and Xia Brookside.
Garcia’s presence stood out due to her long association with WWE. She remains signed to the company under a contract that reportedly runs through 2027. Over the years, she has become one of the most recognizable ring announcers in wrestling and was notably the first woman to serve as a WrestleMania ring announcer.
Although she concluded her most recent full-time announcing run in March 2025, Garcia continues working with WWE in a part-time role. Her recent responsibilities have included announcing duties for special events and providing Spanish-language commentary during shows such as Worlds Collide.
Her appearance on TNA iMPACT also reflects the ongoing working relationship between WWE and TNA that began in 2024. For longtime fans, seeing Garcia on a different broadcast felt like a rare crossover moment — proof that sometimes even a ring announcer can “step into another ring” without ever picking up a microphone.
