Alexa Bliss‘ husband, Ryan Cabrera, opens up about the toughest part of being married to a WWE wrestler.
Speaking on Artist Friendly with Joel Madden, musician and WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss’ husband, Ryan Cabrera, detailed how the travel schedule can be the toughest part of being married to a wrestler. Since Bliss travels a lot due to her wrestling commitments, and he’s often touring for his music gigs, they only get to meet on a few lucky occasions when they’re in the same area. He explained how coordinating their travel schedules can be tough, especially since they have a child.
“Well, I mean, you can answer that two-fold. One, the travel part is tough. So [we’re] touring at the same time.” Ryan Cabrera said. “Sometimes we get lucky, and we’ll actually be in the same area. So for their show, if they’re on RAW, it’s on Mondays, so then I can pop off after Sunday, meet her for Mondays.
“But right now, she’s on Fridays. Well, right now she’s on both. But on Fridays, [I] typically can’t go see her stuff. We try to go to each other’s stuff, and sometimes we get lucky. But so the travel part, you know, coordinating when you have a child, that part is tough,” Ryan Cabrera said.
“It’s just the shows are so entertaining, and she’s such a different person when she’s in the ring than what she is like at home. Obviously, people have their opinions of what wrestling is. The physicality – you can’t fake that,” Ryan Cabrera said.
Speaking in the same interview, Ryan Cabrera also opened up about receiving death threats from stalkers.
