Braun Strowman Makes Major Donation To Replace Local Playground Equipment

Braun Strowman isn’t just big in the ring, but also larger-than-life outside of the ring, as he recently showcased with a recent charitable act.

According to the Herman Neosho Rubicon School District in a recent post on Facebook, Strowman (real name Adam Scherr) recently donated $40,000 to help replace a playground located in the Wisconsin school district. On Facebook, the school district thanked Scherr, and revealed that he actually also met with the children who would be using the playground.

“Braun shared how meaningful it was for him to give back to a school and community that’s so close to his heart. And in true form, he didn’t just show up—he connected,” wrote the district in a post. “The kids were absolutely in awe (understandably!), but what stood out most was how he took the time to talk with them about hard work, dedication, and believing in what’s possible. It wasn’t just a donation—it was a moment our kids will remember. Here’s to new memories, new laughter, and a playground that will serve generations to come.”

Strowman was released from WWE in May 2025, although he continues to use his in-ring name for a number of projects.
