Former WWE star Braun Strowman recently reacted to fan interest in a possible feud with Oba Femi. Over the past few months, Strowman has commented multiple times on Femi’s rise in WWE.
He previously claimed he would squash Oba Femi faster than WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg. Femi has been on a dominant run since defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. WWE has continued presenting “The Ruler” strongly on television. He has defeated several opponents during his recent run and remains undefeated on the main roster.
Strowman himself has been involved in major WWE feuds in the past. Those included rivalries with Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins. Now, he has responded to the idea of facing Femi.
Braun Strowman responded after a fan suggested he feud with Oba Femi in WWE
Braun Strowman has not wrestled since leaving WWE in the summer of 2025. Recently, he shared a gym video on Instagram. Alongside the clip, he posted a playful caption, “I’ll never ask a stranger for a spot!!!! But to make it heavier, I’ll steal your girl!!!!!!!! Stranger Danger!! #HopeSheDidntBelongToYou #lifting #braunstrowman #strong #heavy”
A fan later commented on the post and suggested a feud with Oba Femi. “We need a storyline with you and OBA stat!!!!!!” Strowman responded directly to the comment. He joked that money would be the issue. “They can’t afford me lol.”
Even though Strowman is no longer wrestling in WWE, he still remains connected to the company through other projects. WWE Studios produces his show Everything on the Menu With Braun Strowman.
The second season is scheduled to premiere on USA Network on June 5. Meanwhile, Femi continues his dominant run on WWE television following his WrestleMania 42 victory.
