Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Blasted For Using R-Word During The Roast of Kevin Hart

WWE legend The Rock blasted by fans for using the R-word during the Roast of Kevin Hart.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson appeared on Netflix’s The Roast of Kevin Hart on Sunday night. As he was delivering the roast from the podium, he turned his attention to Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green. He mocked his name as the “laziest black name he’s ever heard,” and used the R-word in the process. He also linked it to the Warriors getting eliminated from the 2026 NBA playoff contention.

“Draymond is in the house. My guy! Draymond, that’s your name, right? That’s my boy!” The Rock began. “I was thinking about this, of all the cool a** black names you could have, that is the laziest f*****g black name I’ve ever heard. Because all you did was put a “D” in front of Raymond. That’s f*****g r******d.

“On top of all that, your r******d name, your team got bounced from the playoffs. So, I’m just saying, because you’re my boy, and I love you. Maybe it’s time to retire. I’m sorry, “Dretire,” The Rock said.

However, fans reacted negatively to his use of the R-word and called him out in the comment section for that and for his prewritten “dad jokes.”

“The rock can go to hell for using the R-word,” one fan wrote.

“I don’t think calling someone the R word is really roasting someone,” another fan said.

“Nah, he wasn’t cooking shii with them Dad Jokes,” one more fan replied.

“he finds time for this dog shit but ghosts wwe for 2 yrs?” another asked.
