WATCH: Off-Air Footage Shows Possible Roman Reigns Injury After WWE RAW Attack

Roman Reigns may have paid a heavy price for surviving Jacob Fatu’s latest rampage on WWE RAW.

Off-air footage that surfaced after the May 11 show in Knoxville, Tennessee, has sparked concern among fans. Reigns was seen being checked by WWE medical staff while appearing to struggle with his left arm.

The closing segment of RAW had already left plenty of wreckage behind. Nevertheless, the situation continued to unfold after the cameras stopped rolling.

A video shared online showed Reigns leaving the arena with a towel wrapped around his left arm while noticeably favoring it.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion also appeared uncomfortable walking backstage, adding more fuel to speculation that the damage may have been more than storyline deep.

For a man known as the OTC, the ending looked less like an acknowledgement ceremony and more like a trip to the trainer’s room.

The chaos began when Reigns and Jimmy Uso entered the ring for what was supposed to be an acknowledgement ceremony.

While fans loudly chanted “OTC,” trouble was already brewing backstage as Jey Uso attempted to stop Jacob Fatu from confronting Reigns again. Fatu refused to back down, headbutting Jey before warning that Reigns would have to “beat” acknowledgment out of him.

Things only escalated from there. Jimmy Uso was taken out near the entrance area before Fatu stormed the ring and brawled with Reigns. The two traded strikes and chair shots before the fight spilled outside the ring. Fatu launched Reigns into the barricade, steel steps, and ring post before powerbombing him through the announce table.

Even after officials and Adam Pearce tried to intervene, Fatu kept attacking. The segment ended with a massive hip attack that sent Reigns and The Usos crashing through the timekeeper’s barricade. Cameras later caught blood coming from Reigns’ left elbow area.

Adding to the concern, the X account @WrestleIsh later shared footage of Reigns exiting the arena with his arm covered. The post claimed the WWE star was “possibly injured” following RAW.

With Saturday Night’s Main Event approaching later this month, attention will now shift toward whether Reigns escaped RAW battered — or genuinely injured after Fatu’s all-gas-no-brakes assault.
