When it comes to the most talented WWE star, there will always be debate. But it’s hard to argue against the popular belief that Iyo Sky is probably the most talented WWE star on the current women’s roster.
And it’s not just fans saying it, even her rivals couldn’t stop themselves from praising The Genius of the Sky.
WWE Star Heaps Major Praise On Iyo Sky
Sky may have been attacked several times by Jade Cargill on WWE TV. Outside the ring, however, Cargill clearly has a lot of respect for her rival.
During a recent TikTok live session, Cargill stepped away from her on-screen character and praised Sky heavily. Jade went as far as calling her the “most talented woman” on WWE’s main roster right now.
“She is so amazing and talented. She is the most talented woman, I believe, that is on our roster. And when I wrestled her, I was so grateful. I was so grateful to wrestle this girl. If anything, I was like, ‘I got to bring it…’ I think Iyo deserves so many bouquets of flowers,” Cargill said.
She also called Sky a “monster in the ring” and revealed that she used to watch her matches long before joining WWE.
“She is so talented. I feel like she dumbs it down to the ring, to be honest, because she is just a monster in the ring. I think she is like, one of a kind…I used to look at her old stuff before I got to WWE. And I was like, ‘Damn!’ She’s amazing. She is such a star,” Cargill added.
The praise stands out even more because the two women were rivals earlier this year. They faced each other in a singles match on the April 10 episode of SmackDown. The match was during Cargill’s reign as Women’s Champion during her feud with Rhea Ripley ahead of WrestleMania.
Sky is widely viewed as one of the best in-ring performers in wrestling today because of her athleticism and technical skills. She has also been a workhorse, rarely missing any episode in recent times. Her matches also rarely have any dull moments.
Even with language differences, Sky has built a strong connection with fans around the world through her charisma and performances.
