Daughter of Wrestling Legend Set To Make PWA Debut

Pro wrestling fans last saw the legendary Madison Eagles in a ring in 2020. Still, her legacy will continue as her daughter, MJ Eagles, makes her PWA Black Label debut.

Per a press release, Pro-Wrestling Australia will host the 2026 King of the Metro event on Saturday, July 4, with 19-year-old MJ Eagles following in her mother’s footsteps by entering the King Of The Metro Rumble match. The winner of the 30-person battle royal will receive a future PWA championship match of their choice.

Under the PWA banner, Madison Eagles is a former PWWA Champion and PWA Tag Team Champion; she also serves as a coach at the Pro Wrestling Academy. Through her upcoming debut, MJ aims to carry on the Eagles name in the ring, and potentially, set herself up for future gold.

“It’s an honour to be the daughter of the greatest wrestler of all time and carrying her legacy at PWA,” MJ said.

King of the Metro will not only mark a personal first for her, but also for PWA as a whole. With severe hearing loss in both ears, MJ will become the first PWA name with a disability to wrestle in a ring.

In the Rumble, she’ll share the ring with the likes of Robbie Eagles, Shay Kassidy, Benjamin Braxton, Kai Drake, Nikki Van Blair, Cosmo Cooper, Aaron Jake, Paris De Silva, Jude London and TikTok star Lachie McIntyre.

Elsewhere on the card, PWA Heavyweight Champion Big Fudge will defend his title against Jack Bonza. Meanwhile, Soul Of PWA’s The Tuckman will team with Jessica Troy to take on North Shore Wrestling’s Sam and Jack Osborne.

King of the Metro 2026 will emanate from The Metro Theatre in Sydney, Australia at 8pm local time (6am ET) on July 4.
