Logan Paul has shared a fresh update on his recovery from a torn triceps injury. He offered fans some insight into how he is handling what is expected to be the longest rehabilitation period of his wrestling career.
While the WWE star remains sidelined from in-ring competition, his latest comments suggest the road back may be more manageable than many expected.
Paul suffered the injury during a May edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event while teaming with Austin Theory against The Street Profits.
The setback required surgery and immediately put his WWE momentum on pause. Nevertheless, the social media star appears determined not to let it keep him down for the count.
Logan Paul says Torn Triceps has been easier to manage than expected
Speaking on the latest episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Paul explained that the injury has not significantly impacted his day-to-day life despite the lengthy recovery timeline.
“I’ve been brutally injured, like, way more, more than this,” Paul said. “This one will have the longest recovery, but all things considered, it’s the least inconvenient injury possible.”
Paul noted that the injury occurred to his left arm. Because he is right-handed, it has hindered his daily routine massively.
“Because I have both hands, I’m right-handed, I just can’t bend it. It’s like, texting is a little annoying,” he added.
The comments mark a notable shift from Paul’s earlier remarks following surgery. At the time, he admitted the injury left him feeling “mentally stuck” because it halted the momentum he had built in WWE.
Despite being unable to compete, Paul has continued making appearances on WWE programming during his recovery. He recently traveled to London for RAW. There, he attempted to assist The Vision in retaining the World Tag Team Championship. However, interference from Joe Hendry and Seth Rollins derailed those plans.
For now, Paul remains focused on recovery. With a six-month timetable reportedly in place, WWE fans may have to wait a little longer before seeing him back in the ring. Nevertheless, he appears to be taking this setback in stride rather than tapping out mentally.
