WWE Superstar Michin has recently confirmed her divorce with AEW star Keith Lee and shared an update on where their relationship stands now.
The news came out in an unexpected way. While replying to fans in the comments of her TikTok videos, Michin confirmed that she and Lee had quietly ended their marriage. The conversation started under a fun dance video but soon turned into questions about her personal life.
Michin says she and Keith Lee are still friends
After the story quickly spread across social media, Michin took to X to give fans a better idea of her current relationship with Keith Lee. She also said she woke up to both kind messages and some negative comments online, as fans now know that she is divorced.
Most importantly, she made it clear that there is no bad blood between her and Lee.
“Slow news days I guess waking up to some love and some misogynistic comments (figures). We both are still friends and got nothing but love for each other. Go outside, get some sun, drink some water, and have a good day,” Michin tweeted.
Michin and Keith Lee first met on the independent wrestling scene before dating during their time together in WWE’s NXT. WWE even used their real-life relationship in storylines, pairing them against Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae in mixed tag matches.
The couple got engaged in February 2021 and married in February 2022. Soon after, their careers went in different directions. Lee signed with AEW after leaving WWE, while Michin returned to WWE later in 2022 and became a regular part of SmackDown.
Even after their careers separated, they continued to keep their personal lives private. According to Michin, they also kept their divorce private, with fans only finding out more than a year later.
As of now, Lee has not commented publicly on the divorce or Michin’s posts. He has been away from the ring since December 2023 because of health issues, although he is still believed to be under contract with AEW.
