Seth Rollins received an unexpected offer on the July 20 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, as an unlikely ally emerged ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship clash with Roman Reigns at SummerSlam.
The proposal came from a familiar face with deep ties to The Bloodline, adding another layer to one of WWE’s biggest rivalries.
The surprising crossover appearance left Rollins with plenty to consider before events took another dramatic turn.
Solo Sikoa offers to stand with Seth Rollins against The Bloodline
SmackDown’s Solo Sikoa interrupted RAW and called Rollins to the ring, making it clear he wasn’t looking for a fight. Instead, Solo presented a plan that he believed could level the playing field at SummerSlam.
Sikoa warned Rollins that defeating Roman Reigns wouldn’t simply be a one-on-one challenge. In his view, it would be Rollins against the entire Bloodline, and having once been part of the faction, Solo claimed he knew exactly how they operated.
To counter that threat, Solo offered to watch Rollins’ back at SummerSlam. He even compared the situation to WrestleMania XL, reminding Rollins that he once sacrificed himself to help Cody Rhodes overcome Roman Reigns and The Bloodline.
Rollins admitted Solo’s argument made sense, acknowledging that he raised “a lot of good points.” While he stopped short of accepting the offer, The Visionary said he wanted time to think it over before making a decision.
The conversation didn’t end there. Rollins made it clear that although he had no intention of standing beside Roman Reigns again, he also wasn’t eager to align himself with what he described as a “wannabe Roman Reigns.”
Before Solo could press the issue any further, Jacob Fatu stormed to the ring to confront his family member over attempting to side with Rollins. Solo quickly retreated, but the distraction created an opening for Rollins, who caught Fatu with a Superkick before exiting the ring. It was a reminder that in WWE, alliances can change in the blink of an eye, but a well-timed Superkick still lands right on the button.
With SummerSlam approaching, Rollins must now decide whether Solo’s offer is a lifeline or a trap as his championship showdown with Roman Reigns draws closer.
