TNA Impact Results (9/2): No Surrender “Go-Home” Show

4. A.J. Styles, Kazarian, James Storm, and Robert Roode (w/Ric Flair, Matt Morgan, Douglas Williams) vs. Sabu, Rhino, Tommy Dreamer, and Brian Kendrick in an elimination tag match. Williams reached in and tripped Sabu, which led to Kazarian pinning Sabu at 1:50. Kendrick eliminated Kazarian at 4:50 to even the remaining wrestler count 3-3.

Kendrick leapt onto Styles and chocked him until the ref pulled him off. Kendrick dropkicked the referee and flashed a sinister smile. With the ref down, the six remaining wrestlers brawled. Mick Foley walked onto the stage and the show cut to break with everyone brawling.

An ad aired for Bound For Glory.

Back from the break, Beer Money took turns working over Dreamer. Tenay announced that Kevin Nash and Sting will face Jeff Jarrett and Samoa Joe at the pay-per-view on Sunday. Rhino tagged in and the energy level soared as he roughed up the heels for a strong reaction from the crowd.

Abyss came out and brawled with Rhino at ringside. Rather than throw out Abyss, the referee just counted out Rhino. Um, okay. Anyway, Rhino was counted out at 13:10 to give Fortune a 3-1 advantage.

Super Tommy DDT’d Roode while Styles accidentally hit Storm. Dreamer rolled up Storm and pinned him, so it came down to Styles and Dreamer. Morgan tried to interfere, but Dreamer fought him off. Foley and Flair fought at ringside. Styles hit the Pele Kick and scored the pin on Dreamer.

Ring introductions for the main event took place.
