NUMBER 5: Paul Heyman/Paul E. Dangerously
Take his role behind the infamous ECW promotion out of the equation and Paul Heyman (mostly as Paul E. Dangerously) was fantastic as a heel manager. His ability to put over those he managed on the microphone later became a major reason he was so good at character development and the creative end of the business.
