Who Is Atlas DaBone?, Update On Maryse Ouellet, Molly Holly

Prospective WWE wrestler & current OVW wrestler Atlas DaBone is indeed a former football player. His real name is Rich Young and he’s in his early 30’s. Young played college football at Tulsa as a linebacker. He later went on to play with Orlando Rage during the lone season of the XFL in 2001. He spent time on the Kansas City Chiefs’ practice squad in 1998, but never made the 53-man roster. Young went to training camp with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2002, but was waived. He also worked out for the Seattle Seahawks at one point. He played in the Arena Football League for several years before leaving the sport to try out wrestling. A profile on him is still on the Arena League website at ArenaFootball.com. Thanks to LiL Nik for the help.

Maryse Ouellet wrote on her MySpace page that she’s featured in an issue of Playboy for the 12th time. She said she’s in the new Playboy Special Edition Lingerie December 2007-January 2008 issue — which is probably available now. At the moment, Maryse is managing Ted DiBiase Jr. in Florida Championship Wrestling.

The Forest Lake Press has a story on former WWE Diva Nora “Molly Holly” Greenwald at PressPubs.com. The story says she is now working with drug addicts at Minnesota Team Challenge in Minneapolis. Greenwald works with women over the age of 18 to overcome addictions. Greenwald said she’s known ten people who died of overdoses, specifically mentioning Mike “Crash Holly” Lockwood. Greenwald also clarified her current wrestling status by saying she isn’t retired, but simply taking a sabbatical.
