Impact Wrestling Results (8/25): Hogan Calls Out Sting, Angle vs Crimson

AJ Styles comes out to the ring and tells Christopher Daniels he has an answer for him, so he should come down to the ring to get his answer. Daniels comes out and AJ tells him not to worry because he's not mad, but he wants to know why he announced it in public. He says they can end it here in the ring but wants to know why Daniels wants the rematch so badly. Daniels says Destination X was about the spirit of competition, but he still lost, and he had to ask himself if he still had what it took.

He told himself he would walk away if he wasn't still competing at the top, and it scares him because he doesn't know the answer. He wants to prove it to himself and he has done alot to get AJ's attention, but AJ has blown it off and he just needs to know if he should hang it up. AJ stops him and tells him to look at him, and he says one more time. He is agreeing to it because they are friends, and that is it. AJ extends his hand but Daniels hugs him and says he will see him at No Surrender and goes to leave.

AJ stops him and says he can't do that, because he will be in the Bound For Glory finals, and says they don't have to wait that long. He asks Daniels if next week is OK, since it is the sooner the better. Daniels agrees with him and AJ tells him he will let him start warming up and training, because he has some Immortal butt to kick. Daniels leaves the ring and looks happy as Beer Money makes their way out for their match with AJ against Immortal.
