Christian has Punk in a headlock then avoids a legdrop and plants him with an inverted DDT, and follows it by throwing Punk out to the floor. He follows Punk out and slams his head off the announcer's table then rolls him inside and applies a choke submission. Punk is able to kick his way out, then he catches Christian off the ropes with a high backdrop and a neckbreaker for a two count. Punk runs at him in the corner but Christian moves and goes for a Killswitch, and Punk reverses it but gets distracted by Alberto. Christian chokes him on the middle rope then hits a top rope cross body, but Punk rolls through and gets a near fall.
Punk is next to go up top and Christian catches him and hits a spinning powerslam, then they trade finisher attempts and Punk hits a high knee and corner bulldog. He signals for the GTS but Ricardo jumps on the apron to distract him, and Punk gets back in and hits a springboard clothesline for two. Punk looks frustrated so he goes back up top for an elbow drop attempt, but Ricardo jumps on the apron again and Alberto shoves Punk off the top behind the ref's back. Christian sets up for a spear but Sheamus runs out and makes a distraction, and Christian turns around and gets laid out with the GTS.
