AJ StylesIn Ring Segment

What I Liked:

Madison Rayne, the new knockouts champion, comes out and talks about being the champion again. She brings in Earl Hebner, who has been next to her the whole time. She thanks him, but Brooke Hogan interrupts. Madison Rayne basically finds out that her rematch is tonight against Brooke and that Earl Hebner will not referee a Knockouts match again. She also says she is going to pick a special referee for tonight. I thought this was a logical and well planned out segment. Rayne, given her limitations on the microphone, did a great job to gain heat from Brooke and the crowd. Brooke and Madison seem to be starting a little feud, and I am alright with that. Brooke is getting better at being believable in her role, and this made me actually look forward to a match for later tonight. After, Brooke finds herself in the ring with two members of Aces and Eights. She is saved by Aries, Ray, Angle, and Hardy.

What I Disliked

Does a Knockout or Diva match deserve this much time? I am not bashing women's wrestling, because there is a certain place for it, but they need to focus more on the Bound For Glory series and not give two full segments to the Knockouts. Let the title match happen right then and there. I do not want them wasting valuable television time.

AJ Styles def. Christopher Daniels

What I Liked:

You can tell how familiar each guy is with one another. Styles and Daniels timed out the match perfectly, was given enough time, and the action proved to work for both guys. My favorite part of the match was when Daniels reversed a Styles Clash into a Koji Clutch. He variated it a bit so it looked more devastating. I thought the smooth flow of the match benefitted Styles more. He thrives on the mistakes and takes advantage of them. That is what his game has been, including tonight. A simple Pele Kick can easily switch the match in an instant's notice. That is how he got the victory tonight, and a bit of revenge. You can never get bored with a match between these two, and they now have more of a story to fight for. The backstory of Claire is always looming, but I enjoyed how it took a back seat tonight. Styles and Daniels focused on the aggressive athleticism each have and told a great story in the ring.

-Sting is talking on the phone and says Hulk Hogan will be back next week. Also, James Storm is confronted by Jeff Hardy. Storm talks about not being involved with Aces and Eights, and says he has no problem with fighting Hardy.
