Fandango vs. Chris Jericho

Y2J takes it to Fandango right from the opening bell with several knife-edge chops, until he bails from the ring to catch his breath. Jericho rolls to the outside and throws his opponent back in the ring, mounting him and firing back with rights and lefts. Codebreaker connects out of nowhere, but Fandango rolls out of the ring to safety. Jericho hits him with a baseball slide, and then springs to the top rope and leaps to the floor with a diving crossbody. 

The pull themselves up to the apron, and Jericho goes springboard for his signature dropkick, but Fandango catches him with a kick to the side of the head, sending him crashing back to the mat. Fandango takes his first advantage, stomping away at Y2J and applies a side headlock. Jericho struggles out and runs the ropes, taking down his opponent with a Thesz press and half a dozen right hands. They fight up to the top rope, and Jericho counters by sending them both down to the mat with a crossbody. 

Jericho tries to take advantage of his window of opportunity, but Fandango threw him into the steel ring post. He heads up to the top rope and tries for the top rope leg drop, and it finds its mark. Cover: 1…2…Jericho kicks out before three. Jericho with a roll-up out of nowhere, but only gets a two-count. Fandango tries for a dropkick, but Y2J transitions it into the Walls! The opponent shoves off Jericho, but he responds with a big clothesline. They struggle once again to the top rope, and Fandanga tries for a leg drop; nobody home. 

Jericho hits the Lionsault, and goes for the Walls of Jericho, but Fandango rolls him up and grabs the tights for a three-count.

Results: Fandango wins via pinfall
