WWE RAW Results (6/24) – MITB Participants Named, Heyman Answers Punk, Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton

Punk says now they need to talk about their relationship, and he wants to know if Brock acted on his own, or if Heyman sent him because he saw the future. He says Heyman needs to tell the truth and he will accept it either way, then Heyman says he didn't want it this way, but Punk wants the truth. Heyman says he will tell him straight to his face, and swears on his children that he didn't know that Brock Lesnar was there last week. The fans boo him and he says that's exactly the negative reaction he's used to, but Punk picked a fight just by saying Brock needs Heyman's help. He says Brock's contract was up at Extreme Rules, but he says the fight isn't with him, and Punk picked a fight with Brock, so he should know better than that.

Heyman says there is a professional jealousy between Brock and Punk, and they never worked together because he knew they couldn't make it work. Heyman says he doesn't let personal decisions affect business, but once he did in 2006 because of his friendship with Punk in developmental. He says he loves Punk and it's his dream to walk with him to ring again, and he knows it may not happen soon but they will main event Wrestlemania together. Heyman says he didn't listen back then when management wanted to get rid of Punk, and the fans want Punk to dump him right now. Punk takes his time and says he is sorry he doubted Heyman, then they embrace with a hug and the camera zooms in on Punk's dissapointed expression.

Darren Young (w/ Titus O'Neil) vs CM Punk

Punk takes Young down with a waistlock, then he applies a side headlock but Young backs him in the corner and knees him in the stomach. Young punches him a few times but Punk comes right back with some elbow strikes, then he connects with a snap suplex for a near fall. Punk kicks him in the corner and drags him to the center of the ring, then he snaps Young's leg down and and whips him across the ring. Young knees Punk and whips him into the corner, then he kicks Punk in the head and clotheslines him before getting a near fall and applying a side headlock. Punk fights out of it with some elbows, then Young catches him offguard with a belly-to-belly throw for another near fall. Young steps on his hands but Punk comes back with some kicks, then he whips him across the ring and goes for a corner splash but Young dives away. (Cont'd…)
