Sabin says the real reason he's there is to see what a big crybaby Bully turned into, and he almost had his career end two years ago, but he worked hard instead of crying. He says he worked hard and became world champion, but the only way Bully is getting this title back is by pulling it from his cold, dead hands. Bully says he's getting his title back by suing him, then he tells Sabin to look at the damage he did to him and says Hulk Hogan knows what's good for him. He says Hulk has been meeting with lawyers all day, then Hulk walks onto the ramp and says he's been reading contracts all day long.
Hulk says he gets it and he has an offer, but this comes with no negotiations, then he rips up the contract. Bully screams that he can't do it but Hulk says he's in charge so he can, and he doesn't care if Bully likes it because Sabin is the champion and will stay champion. Hulk says he needs to be fair and Bully does have a rematch clause, but he wants to keep the rest of the Aces and Eights out of this match. He says Bully will get some justice at Hardcore Justice next month, and no one else will get involved because the law will be unheld. Hulk says the law will be unheld and this will be a one on one match, because Bully gets his rematch in a steel cage at Hardcore Justice.
