WWE RAW Results (4/21) – Kane Takes Bryan Out, IC Tourney Semi Finals, Cena Faces The Wyatts

Layla (w/ Fandango) vs Emma (w/ Santino)

Layla kicks Emma and whips her, but Emma clotheslines her as Santino hits Fandango with Cobra on the floor. Emma reveals a 'Miss Cobra' and hits Layla with a Cobra strike for the win.

Winner – Emma

John Cena tells Renee Young that his fate is in the WWE Universe's hands, and if they vote him into fighting all of the Wyatts, then that's what he has to do. Cena listens to the dueling chants and he says he hears it all, and he says that Bray's song is getting louder every week. He says Bray might actually have the world, but Extreme Rules will ensure he gets a fair fight, and all he has to do is try and survive tonight.

#1 Contender's Tournament (Intercontinental Championship)
Semifinals – Cesaro (w/ Paul Heyman) vs
Rob Van Dam

RVD hits a springboard side kick and a monkey flip, then Cesaro suplexes him and taunts the crowd as we go to a break. We get back to see Cesaro double stomp RVD and follow with a gutwrench throw, then RVD kicks him a few times and hits Rolling Thunder for two. RVD kicks him again and sets up a Five Star Frog Splash, but Cesaro uppercuts him off the turnbuckles and headbutts him. RVD kicks him in the head and hits a split-legged moonsault for two, then he goes for a roundhouse kick but Cesaro ducks and hits a European uppercut.

They trade a few strikes before RVD gets a legsweep pin, but Cesaro hits a double underhook powerbomb and goes for the Giant Swing. Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger distract him and RVD kicks him out of the ring, then Swagger taunts him as RVD leaps of the ropes. Cesaro catches him with an uppercut on the way down, then Heyman and Zeb argue as Swagger whips Cesaro into the ringpost and gets him counted out. Cesaro tries to go after Colter after the match, but Swagger hits him from behind, only to have Cesaro get him in the Giant Swing to end it.

Winner (by countout) – Rob Van Dam

BP: Good way to get RVD to the finals, and still make Cesaro look pretty good. I like the feud building here, and Swagger costing Cesaro the match made sense, whether you liked it or not. Plus, Cesaro's new entrance theme is badass.
