Sting kicks the show off and says he’s been watching Triple H for 14 years, and he says he’s here for one reason, and it’s not to fight for WCW. He says he finally came here to stop HHH and take him down, then Stephanie McMahon cuts him off and says Sting is intimidated by her and WWE. She says Sting lashes out because he’s a small fish here, and her father killed his WCW career, eventhough she admires his loyalty. She says he is a face painted freak, but Sting yells, so she tries to slap him but Sting blocks it as HHH heads to the ring. HHH says something to Stephanie as he grabs a sledgehammer, but Sting winds up with a bat and HHH stays on the apron. Sting takes his jacket off and pleads with HHH to get in the ring, which HHH teases a few times before leaving with Stephanie.

BP: This has been pretty well built with promos by HHH and theatrics by Sting, and now Sting is cutting some pretty good promos, taking it to another level. I’m not bothered by this matchup (compared to those who wanted Sting/Taker) because HHH always brings his ‘A’ game and Sting BEING IN WWE is still really cool.

Dean Ambrose & R-Truth vs Stardust & Luke Harper

Harper and Ambrose trade punches before Stardust hits an Alabama Slam, then Harper gets back in and lands a few more punches. He sets Ambrose up on the top rope, and Stardust tries for a superplex but Ambrose shoves him back. Harper throws Ambrose onto the floor before he sends him inside and slams him down, then Truth gets a hot tag and hits a DDT for two. Ambrose splashes Harper on the floor, then Truth hits Stardust with What’s Up for the win.

Winners – Dean Ambrose & R-Truth
