WWE Star Possibly Returning Next Week

hideo itami Several readers have sent in word that Big Show is being advertised for next week’s WWE Smackdown tapings in Norfolk, Virginia. Show is advertised to team with Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt to face Dolph Ziggler, Roman Reigns and Ryback.

News on WWE’s Upcoming Tour of Japan, Hideo Itami Update

As noted, NXT star Hideo Itami is currently out of action with an injury which could keep him sidelined for 6-8 months. WWE has officially pulled Itami from the upcoming tour in Japan, and NXT champion Kevin Owens has been added in Itami’s place.

In related news, the upcoming WWE Japan tour will see Chris Jericho vs Finn Balor for the first time ever.

Below are the updated match cards for the July Japan events:

July 3rd:

–Rusev vs. John Cena

–King Barrett vs. Dolph Ziggler

-Kevin Owens, Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Neville, Luke Harper, Lucha Dragons, Los Matadores and Naomi

July 4th:

-Finn Balor vs. Chris Jericho

-Dolph Ziggler and John Cena vs. Rusev and King Barrett

-Cesaro and Tyson Kidd vs. The New Day

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
